We want introduce you to Scarlett. She is a 4-year-old beagle jack russell who has the sweetest personality. She was found roaming and wandering in a rural area for weeks or even months. She is now with Raintree’s wonderful foster Mary Sue until we can get her ready for a long tough road ahead of her.

Scarlett went to the vet last week and because of neglect, she has heartworms She is larger than a standard jack because of the beagle in her… therefore her heartworm treatments are going to be twice as expensive because she exceeds 22 pounds. In order to save Scarlett’s life, we need to raise $1,800 for her treatments, medications, and care for up to 5 months. This little dog is so loving and sweet, she didn’t deserve this painful and deadly infestation.

We wanted to let everyone know Ditto had his eye removal surgery (enucleation), and neuter done yesterday, August 15th, and he is feeling sooooo good now. No more eye pain! Thank you Team Raintree for your contributions to his medical care! Another life saved!

This boy is just 3 years old and full of himself. He will be ready for a new home next week so we are going to begin taking applications on him!

Ditto is a gorgeous little 10 pounder. Confident, poised, energetic, bold and full of jack sass.

If his adopters have another dog, it would be best if he or she is a laid back and totally non-confrontational, as Ditto likes to be the boss.
